This vertical double-sided metal hanging display rack is fabricated from thickened high-strength cold-rolled steel, featuring stable structure that resists deformation. Its surface adopts electrostatic powder coating treatment, which is anti-corrosion, scratch-resistant and wear-proof. It stays rust-free under long-term use in workshops and supermarkets with outstanding load capacity, ideal for displaying all kinds of small goods.
The rack adopts KD knockdown split structure for fast assembly without complicated tools. It can be flat-packed after disassembly to greatly save warehouse and shipping space, effectively cutting logistics costs for bulk shipments, suitable for both domestic and foreign wholesale trade.
Multiple groups of adjustment holes are reserved on the vertical posts on both sides of the rack, allowing free vertical adjustment of each wire basket’s height. The layer spacing can be flexibly adjusted according to the sizes of brochures, hardware fittings, cultural and creative samples, packaging auxiliaries, small consumables and other items. The double-sided wire basket design doubles storage capacity with clear and intuitive display on both sides.
It comes with a thickened load-bearing base made of black square tubes and brake-equipped universal silent casters for smooth labor-free moving. The rack stays stable without shaking once casters are locked, widely used for workshop material turnover, in-store sample display and temporary exhibition booth setup.
Full series OEM & ODM customization is supported. We can customize the overall height, layer quantity, basket size and frame color as required, and add accessories such as nameplates and limit baffles to meet enterprise exclusive display demands.
