This multi-functional bulk display rack for supermarkets is specially developed for convenience stores, boutique supermarkets, snack stores and fresh food shops. It is assembled with eco-friendly wood panels and thick cold-rolled steel frames. The wood panels meet food-grade environmental standards with no pungent odor, safe for direct food product display. The metal frame adopts electrostatic powder coating technology, which is rust-proof and wear-resistant, free from deformation and paint peeling after long-term commercial use.
The rack features a standard Knock-Down (KD) assembly structure, complete with all accessories and illustrated assembly manuals. Quick assembly can be finished without professional tools. Split packaging greatly reduces shipment volume and logistics costs for bulk purchases. Multi-adjustable vertical posts on sides allow flexible adjustment of compartment height and shelf spacing to fit goods of various sizes.
It adopts a layered and zoned layout. The upper part has 8 open wooden cubbies with a curved dust-proof canopy to keep goods clean, ideal for boxed and bagged snacks. The middle tier is fitted with multiple transparent acrylic divided bins to separately display dried fruits, candies and loose snacks. The transparent material showcases products clearly to stimulate customers’ purchasing desire. The integrated double-drawer cabinet at the bottom provides large storage space for stock, price tags and packaging supplies to maximize in-store storage capacity. Side metal wire grids support extra hooks for hanging small merchandise.
