According to our engineers’ rich experience, we confirmed the 4mm thick base and screw locking structure. we made material BOM and start prototyping. Cutting, bending, welding, polishing and powder coating, after one week test and hard working, we finally completed this all hand made prototype. We tested the electric components and acrylic boxes to make sure it work well and durable. When displayed it in front our customer, the customer gave EGF’s job a high praise. The sample got approved beside several small adjustments. We saved time and saved money for our customer. A bingo order got into our pocket . It is an affirmation of our service and ability. Engineers summarized all points to mass production. It is our mission to complete mass production as well as the prototype or better.
